It might appear that only women take advantage of the dating situation in big cities, but men might do the same thing. Finding a woman who is attractive and dresses nice is easy enough, and convincing her to meet him at a good restaurant for dinner is often one that is accepted by women. As long as the meeting is in a public venue, most women are willing to have dinner with someone they barely know.
